Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga & Workouts
As a certified prenatal & postnatal yoga and fitness teacher, Liz offers 60-90 min sessions curated to your pregnancy or postnatal stage, and works with any issues or complications related to that. Within the sessions we focus on breath-work that can help guide you during labor, we work on meditation & manifestation, as well as the asanas. This is a positive and empowering session to help support you with whatever you need as you experience the miracle of growing a human.
*These are 1-1 sessions, however small groups are an option as well. Prices below are for 1:1, please inquire regarding small groups.

Personal Training & Small Group Sessions
Finding the right trainer, or the best type of workout for you is crucial. It is important to have a great relationship with your trainer, to be safe, challenged, and have fun. Our goal is all of the above and to make sure you have a balanced workout regime. We’re here for the long run and want to make sure your body is as well.
That’s why we work on mobility training, yoga, muscle endurance (barre & pilates),and muscle strength. The balance of all of these, along with the thoughtfully curated workouts, and in a peaceful environment, will turn your fitness routine into a lifestyle.

Birth Doula
A doula is an educator, and a physical & emotional support person during your pregnancy and childbirth. We are here to help you achieve the healthiest and most empowering experience possible.
This includes:
∙3 prenatal visits (to develop a relationship with each other, discuss the birth process, develop a birth plan, and assist in gaining information needed to make all informed decisions regarding childbirth).
∙Available 24/7 for phone calls/texts/emails for support/questions.
∙On-call the 2 weeks before & after your due date.
∙Continuous support during your entire labor or for as long as you wish (I will need about 1 hour from the time you call to your home).
∙Comfort measures and coping methods, including with the use of tools I will provide (such as a birth ball and rebozo).
∙1 postnatal visit to your home within the first week of delivery
∙Breastfeeding tips (I have training but please note that I am not a lactation consultant)
∙Discussion of postpartum preparations/expectations
∙Discount on prenatal yoga/fitness 1 on 1 sessions
