I believe in having a well-balanced fitness regime by incorporating strength training, mobility, muscle endurance, cardio, & flexibility. It’s about feeling good & being mobile. It’s about longevity.

Fitness

Training sessions/groups include:

One or more of the following options (you choose): yoga, mobility, reformer pilates, mat pilates, barre, endurance training, and strength training.

Big Group Events

(Corporate/Bachelorette, etc)

I come to you! Whether its 8 people, or 30, I will lead you though a thoughtful & fun workout tailored to your needs! My most requested are pilates & yoga style workouts.

Small Group Training

A group consisting of 2-4 people. Workouts are tailored to the group and are challenging, and fun!

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Pilates, & Fitness

Providing safe yet effective workouts and yoga sessions at any stage of pregnancy.

Family Wellness

Doula

As a trained professional, I provide emotional & physical support during pregnancy & birth. Using my knowledge & experience, I’m here to educate you, hold space for you, and support you so that you can experience a safe & empowering birth.

As a postpartum doula, I am here to support you emotionally, as well as physical and informational support for the entire family. I am here to help with newborn care, sleep training, nutritional and home care needs. I am a big believer that support for the Mother and family is very important, AND educating the partner on how to support the Mother is just as important so that they can consistently provide quality support.

Events/Retreats

 

Hosting a business or fitness retreat? I have co-lead and guest taught at many retreats, local and world-wide. My speciality is pilates and yoga, but can incorporate any form of movement.

Need a pilates or yoga teacher for your work trip, community event, bachelorette, wedding morning, or basically anything else? I have taught at law school events, bachelorettes, community events, corporate retreats, & more! I love providing a mindful, challenging, and FUN experience. Heyyy!

I’m Liz, a wife & mom of 3 amazing kids! I ran cross country & track in high school and at the collegiate level for a D1 University. Being an athlete fueled my passion for fitness. Constantly being injured led me to explore other areas of fitness & my cascade of certifications began!

I’ve been teaching group fitness for 18 years and my passion for this field has only soared as time has gone by. I have 10 certifications, including yoga, barre, pilates, CPT, prenatal/postnatal yoga, cycling, and more! My approach to training is a holistic approach, meaning I look at the entire person and their lifestyle. I use my knowledge & experience to create an experience just for YOU that is balanced and long lasting.

I am SO passionate about women’s health, childbirth, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and the newborn stage. As a birth doula & postpartum doula, and a mother of 3, I am here to support you in the most important ceremony of life.

In my spare time, I love being near the ocean, love to paddleboard, garden, and bake chocolate desserts.
